Terry O'Neil
Terry has a career of establishing Best Practice organisations within the security and risk management field, and is a known advocate of raising standards. His strategic vision has particularly driven the development of Auditing Services, notably the successful Silver Fox Access Audit product. He enjoys a high industry profile and writes prolifically for the security press.
Royal Military Academy educated, Terry established leading security company Argus Shield in the 1980s which was later acquired by Pinkerton. As Chief Executive of Pinkerton he led the company through three major international acquisitions to grow the organisation to £35M. Terry founded The Security Watchdog in 1998.
The sale of The Security Watchdog to Capita Plc in March 2012, did not include the Audit Division embracing both The Silver Fox Audit Scheme and ACS Pacesetters. The Division has reformed as FM Contract Watch LLP with Terry as joint Partner.
Lynda Moore
Lynda has spent more than 30 years in the contract manned guarding industry with a highly prestigious regional SIA ACS approved company. She spent 17 years as a Board Director with her most recent role being Managing Director. Lynda joined The Security Watchdog in June 2010 and is responsible for The Silver Fox Audit Scheme and The ACS Pacesetters.
Auditors
The Silver Fox Auditors, are without exception, individuals who have considerable experience, at a senior level, of the contract manned guarding industry and have now semi retired from the business.
We use their experience to ensure that the audits are conducted in a totally fair and consistent manner and also that they are able to ensure that the duty security staff at the time of the audit are operating to the high standards which they would have expected when they were directly involved
in the industry.
